1. Housekeeping
(a) Chambermaid / Public Area – 3 Post
(b) Gardener – 2 Post
- For position (a) at least 1 years relevant working experience preferably in hotel or resorts.
- For position (b) must be Male, at least know about planting, must be matured and can work without supervision.
- Able to work on shift and Public Holidays.
2. Kitchen
(a) Chef de Partie – 2 Post
(b) Demi Chef – 1 Post
(C) Steward – 2 Post
- For position (a) & (b) at least 2-3 years relevant working experience preferably in hotels or resort
- For position (a) & (b) preferably with multitask skills and managing skills.
- For position (a) & (b) applicants must be able to cook and handle oriental, western and local cuisine. Possess good knowledge and experience for food safety, hygiene, storage, food costing and market list.
- Able to work on shift and Public Holidays.
3. Maintenance
(a) Technician- 1 Post
- At least 1 years relevant working experience preferably in hotel or resorts.
- Must able to use basic mechanics tools.
- Able to work on shift and Public Holidays.
